We can not say enough about Paulco Homes. Paul built two houses for us, and did a remodel on our current home. We would not use any other builder. His subcontractors are terrific, and their number one goal is to make the customer happy. The integrity of this company is second to none, and they make the home building process an easy one. Paul is incredibly helpful during the entire building/remodel process. Whether it is choosing materials or offering advice, they help you all the way through until the project is complete. Paulco Homes has built 2 homes for my husband and I. Our first home was 5400 sq ft and the quality and workmanship was outstanding. When we decided to downsize, we contracted with Paulco Homes again. The house is 1500 sq ft and Paulco Homes provided the same level of quality and workmanship. When it came time to have our patio and finished basement built, we again contracted with Paulco Homes. Paulco Homes completed a rather large addition for us and I highly recommend them. We’re impressed with the quality of the work but also the time they spent in the early planning stages. They took the time to make sure what we envisioned was possible and listened to our requests concerning even the smallest of details. We used Paul to build our home 11 years ago. The experience was phenomenal. Everything from start to finish was a smooth process. All of Paul's subs were professional and provided quality work. My wife and I used Paul to convert a downstairs bath into an elder-use bath for use as we age. Although the original construction presented significant challenges during conversion, Paul and his crew worked through every obstacle seamlessly. In 2010 we worked with Paulco Homes to build our house. In 2015 we had Paul come back and finish our basement, including a movie room, game room, play / exercise room, etc. This year we had Paul come back and build a standalone two car garage to match our house and existing 3 car garage, including stone work, siding, etc. We continue to work with Paul due to his exceptional quality, responsiveness, and professionalism.
